The Beauty Advisor represents Yves Saint Laurent in Kunming, delivering expert beauty consultations, personalized product experiences, and after-sales service while meeting sales objectives and building customer loyalty. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultations and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales objectives set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver professional, personalized experiences that meet customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Monitor beauty-market trends and competitor activity.
- Apply brand and category knowledge, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and guide customers through product experiences.
- Represent the brand through a positive service attitude and after-sales support; understand customer profiles and maintain timely, considerate contact with customers.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
