Role & Responsibilities

• Provide professional brand advice and an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
• Meet all sales targets set by the company.
• Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
• Manage customer relationships across the full customer journey, recruit new customers and increase customer loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
• Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques and fragrance.
• Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products and support customers in trying products.
• Represent the brand through a positive service approach and after-sales service; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers using empathy and communication skills.
• Carry out daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, including merchandising, cleaning and stocktaking, and safeguard store or counter property.
• Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment and digital tools.
• Follow company compliance policies and protect the brand image.
