Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand advice and an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.
- Achieve all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend appropriate products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Manage customer relationships across the customer journey, recruit new customers, and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
