Saint Laurent seeks Assistant Store Director in Short Hills, NJ. Lead sales team, manage operations, drive luxury brand engagement. $80K–$90K + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Department Managers and store sales team to achieve and exceed all sales goals and KPIs
- Promote brand engagement with customers to ensure quantitative and qualitative targets are met
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach
- Define and establish targeted quantitative and qualitative goals for the team
- Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions
- Serve as training ambassador for all staff development and training initiatives
- Build a network of local and international luxury business contacts to foster customer loyalty
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
- Excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
