  • Manage operational functions including staff scheduling, inventory awareness, and adherence to retail procedures.
  • Cultivate local and international industry relationships to grow client loyalty and enhance the store’s customer network.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience selling luxury goods or in premium retail environments.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in a managerial retail role, with direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.
