Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director by leading the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive daily store performance across sales, client engagement and operational standards while ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Oversee floor coverage, visual merchandising execution, stock presentation and store operations to maintain brand standards.
- Act as the store training ambassador: implement coaching programmes, ensure professional growth and deliver ongoing team development.
- Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative objectives for departments and individuals, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- Develop and maintain a network of local and international contacts to foster client loyalty and elevate brand presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Significant experience selling luxury goods or working in premium retail environments.
- 2–4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position with responsibility for teams and sales targets.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate retail teams through a structured, performance-driven approach.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus.
