Saint Laurent seeks an Assistant Store Director in New York to lead retail operations and manage sales teams at the Bloomingdale's location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed all sales goals and KPIs
- Promote brand engagement with customers to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Ensure professional growth and development of staff through coaching and mentoring
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and oversee their achievement
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service and operational functions
- Serve as training ambassador and coordinate all staff training needs
- Build networks within the local and international luxury business community to drive customer loyalty
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting (preferred)
