Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director in New York – Lead retail team, drive sales, manage operations. $110K–$120K + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed all sales goals and KPIs
  • Promote brand engagement to customers to guarantee quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Ensure professional growth and training of staff with a coaching approach
  • Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure their achievement
  • Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service and operational functions
  • Serve as the training ambassador for all store training needs
  • Build networks of influential local and international luxury business contacts to promote customer loyalty

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
  • 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting preferred
