Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director position in Nashville, TN. Lead retail team to drive sales and brand engagement in luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed all sales and KPI targets
  • Define and communicate targeted quantitative and qualitative goals to staff and ensure achievement
  • Assist Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales performance, visual merchandising standards, and customer service excellence
  • Serve as training ambassador and ensure professional growth and development of all staff through coaching and mentorship
  • Build and nurture networks of high-impact individuals in luxury business to promote customer loyalty and brand advocacy
  • Support all operational functions and maintain store performance standards

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail management
  • 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting (preferred)
