Saint Laurent seeks an Assistant Store Director for Perisur location in Mexico to support store operations and sales leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in managing overall store operations and achieving sales targets
- Oversee daily retail operations and maintain store standards in line with Saint Laurent's luxury positioning
- Lead and develop the sales team, providing coaching and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and personalized clienteling
- Manage inventory, merchandise presentation, and visual displays
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to profitability targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or similar high-end retail environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management or assistant store management roles within fashion, accessories, or high-end retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
