Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
  • Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Ensure the professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
  • Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
  • Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
  • Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the local and international luxury business to foster customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
  • 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent time management skills. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies. Ability to build and maintain professional networks.

Experience

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, particularly in luxury goods sales.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
