Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
- Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
- Build a network to promote customer loyalty and impact the luxury business locally and internationally.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
Skills
Experience
2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
