Saint Laurent seeks an Assistant Store Director in Chicago to lead the Department Manager and sales team, drive commercial performance and customer engagement, and support store operations, training, and staff development. The role offers an estimated base compensation of $90,000–$100,000 annually, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement with customers to achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Develop staff professionally and provide training using a coaching approach.
- Set quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved.
- Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
- Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
- Build a network of contacts with influence in the local and international luxury business to promote customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Significant experience selling luxury goods or in retail.
- Two to four years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
