Role & Responsibilities
- Support and deputize the Store Director by leading the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Define, communicate and monitor targeted quantitative and qualitative goals across sales, service and operations.
- Coach, develop and train store staff using a structured, ambassador-led approach to ensure professional growth and consistent brand standards.
- Assist in overseeing floor coverage, driving visual merchandising, elevating customer service and maintaining daily operational excellence.
- Act as a local ambassador to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to build customer loyalty and brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or high-end retail.
- 2–4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Proven ability to coach teams, deliver training and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
