Saint Laurent is seeking an Assistant Store Director in Atlanta, Georgia, to lead the Department Manager and sales team in achieving goals and strengthening customer engagement. The role supports the Store Director across sales, floor coverage, visual merchandising, service and operations, while developing staff and driving training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement with customers to achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales performance, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
- Coach staff to support their professional growth and training.
- Define quantitative and qualitative targets and ensure they are achieved.
- Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs.
- Build a network of contacts influential in the local and international luxury business to promote customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
