Role & Responsibilities
- Support product managers and the head of women's footwear merchandising in daily tasks and collection planning.
- Analyse category performance: track sell‑in and sell‑out sales by product, region, period and client and produce quantitative reports.
- Contribute to collection development and prepare logistical materials for development meetings.
- Manage sketches and photography assets throughout product development.
- Organise showroom logistics and assist in setting up sales showrooms and inventory control during showrooms.
- Create and maintain showroom sales tools (product catalogues, material books, etc.).
- Receive and monitor prototypes for the duration of showrooms and maintain product inventories.
- Draft end‑of‑showroom reports including quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Conduct 360° competitive intelligence covering price, product, communication and distribution.
Qualifications
- Business school diploma or Master’s specialised in fashion or equivalent.
- Previous internship or first experience within a luxury house preferred; demonstrated product sensibility.
- Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude with an ability to analyse sales data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation, strong organisation, flexibility and proactivity.

Internship-level: a first professional experience or internship in luxury merchandising, product or retail analytics is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
