Saint Laurent internship: 6-month Gifting & Merchandising Assistant role at Paris headquarters supporting studio, gifting, and product coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in updating gifting catalogues with products, visuals, and stock availability; consolidate information on inventory, costs, and transfers
- Centralize incoming gifting requests by event and process orders; maintain tracking documentation and status updates
- Identify process friction points and propose efficiency improvements to optimize gifting workflows
- Prepare packshot and campaign shoots by coordinating product selections, quantities, and logistics with relevant teams
- Track piece availability, shipments, and returns; verify conformity of delivered visuals
- Support the maintenance of global project calendars, including shoots, launches, and product drops
- Follow deadlines and escalate delays or risks to stakeholders as needed
- Draft meeting minutes, formalize next steps, and ensure smooth information flow across teams
- Update project tracking tools (retroplanning, tracking sheets, Excel) to monitor developments and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or project management
- Strong interest in fashion, product, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams
