Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee global projects related to retail, events, and special initiatives.
  • Conduct market research in the art sector and assist in sourcing.
  • Provide logistical and operational support.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating vendor accounts and entering purchase orders.
  • Consolidate presentations for the Artistic Direction.
  • Manage inventory and stock control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Art History, Business School, or IFM.
  • Proficient knowledge of the art market and its key players.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong teamwork capabilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Adaptability and flexibility.

Experience

Relevant experience in project management or administrative support within the art or luxury sectors is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
