Saint Laurent Paris internship: 6-month Event and Production Assistant role. Coordinate luxury events, manage logistics, and support creative executions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistical and operational aspects of internal and external events, including fashion shows, galas, dinners, and artistic exhibitions or showcases
- Support research and selection of venues, service providers, artists, and emerging talent within the events sector
- Track project progress from preparation through execution to ensure quality and seamless delivery
- Liaise with VIP, Press, and VIC departments during fashion shows and events, managing room gifts, invitations, looks, and specific requirements
- Manage and maintain inventory of event materials, decorations, and technical equipment
- Contribute to the design and execution of visual and creative presentations for team projects
- Conduct regular competitive benchmarking of events organized by rival luxury houses to identify best practices and innovations
- Update and enhance internal event guidelines in pursuit of continuous process optimization
- Assist in cataloging and organizing event archives, including documentation, imagery, and supporting materials

Experience
