Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining inventory projection files.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify low or excess stock situations.
  • Prepare reorder summaries for top management.
  • Track and update delivery statuses.
  • Assist in updating reports and conducting inventory analysis.
  • Participate in cross-functional coordination with sales planning.

Qualifications

  • Background in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data analysis and supply chain topics.

Skills

Advanced Excel skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and curious. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and supply chain is essential.

Education

Background in engineering, business, or a related field.
