Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of collections.
- Prepare materials for development meetings.
- Support the creation of sales catalogues and showroom tools.
- Manage sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom periods.
- Oversee prototypes, including inventory, photography, and corrections, throughout the showroom duration.
- Contribute to the creation and writing of analyses during showroom periods, including sell-in analyses, best sellers, KPIs, and SKU efficiencies.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance of product categories, tracking global and regional sales.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of competitors, including offerings, pricing, campaigns, and shows.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or pursuing a Master's degree in Fashion.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity required.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Italian is a plus.

A prior internship or work experience in the luxury fashion sector is required.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a specialized Master's in Fashion.
