Saint Laurent seeks an Assistant Client Engagement Manager in Singapore to drive clienteling and VIC initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of corporate clienteling programs and digital tools in Southeast Asia and Oceania stores to recruit new clients and strengthen customer relationships
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper adoption of clienteling processes and monitor store-level execution for consistency with brand standards
  • Provide guidance and support to retail teams on clienteling activities, with strategic focus on priority client segments (Locals, VICs) to reach business objectives
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating training sessions for store teams on clienteling tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to plan and execute VIC initiatives including fashion shows, client dinners, and exclusive events
  • Manage logistics, guest lists, gifting, and follow-up communications for VIC activations and monitor performance feedback
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver premium client experiences aligned with brand positioning
  • Build and analyze CRM datasets to develop insights and drive business results
  • Support data-driven strategies and targeted actions to increase customer acquisition, drive sales, and improve CRM KPIs
  • Ensure accurate data collection, data quality, and support CRM system tasks including data cleansing and campaign management
  • Monitor and improve Customer Engagement KPIs (new customers, retention, frequency) and enhance a customer-centric culture at the regional level

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in retail with solid background in Client Relationship Management
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with excellent organizational abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
