Saint Laurent Internship: Assistant Buyer in Angers, France. Support purchasing operations and supplier coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and submit purchase orders to suppliers
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to track orders, shipments, and follow-ups, and validate product samples
- Update and maintain daily records for product information, planning schedules, and billing data
- Monitor and manage invoice processing and reconciliation
- Provide administrative support on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in commerce, fashion, or related field
- First experience in luxury fashion or related sector
- Product sensitivity and awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Italian language skills preferred
- Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities
