Role & Responsibilities
- Execute tailoring and alterations for both womenswear and menswear clients, demonstrating expertise with VIP service standards and supporting sales closure
- Deliver expert fitting consultations, analyzing garment marks and construction to ascertain necessary alterations and provide accurate lead times and cost estimates
- Perform pattern drawing and cutting according to specifications, as well as examination and repair of garments following alteration protocols
- Complete minor and major alterations to exacting Saint Laurent standards, ensuring precision workmanship and on-time delivery of completed items
- Organize workload efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining the highest caliber of craftsmanship
- Advise clients on product care, construction techniques, and styling recommendations aligned with the Saint Laurent aesthetic
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience in tailoring or haute couture alterations
