Saint Laurent Aftersales Project Manager in Paris – Lead global after-sales strategy, digital transformation and operational excellence for a prestigious luxury fashion maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot the global deployment of after-sales solutions and strategic processes, ensuring alignment across international teams
  • Lead digital transformation and tool evolution supporting after-sales operations, including Power BI reporting infrastructure
  • Conduct innovation and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
  • Define business requirements and ensure translation into bespoke operational solutions
  • Drive performance indicator evolution and reporting systems across the after-sales network
  • Oversee implementation of new repair workflows and operational processes across international regions
  • Coordinate international deployments and align diverse stakeholder groups
  • Govern project governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure achievement of performance objectives
  • Evaluate operational and business impacts of deployed initiatives and formulate strategic recommendations to management
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Retail, Repair, Supply Chain, Production and Merchandising teams
  • Develop and deploy strategy for valorizing damaged products to maximize value recovery and support circularity initiatives
  • Ensure governance, traceability and compliance of damaged inventory flows
  • Chair governance forums necessary for decision-making and stakeholder alignment
  • Support organizational change, disseminate best practices, and develop competencies across the after-sales network

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in after-sales, supply chain or operations management within luxury goods or high-end retail
  • Proven expertise in project management and international deployment initiatives
  • Strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with digital transformation and business intelligence tools (particularly Power BI)
  • Knowledge of repair processes, inventory management and circular economy principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
