Saint Laurent in Paris seeks an After Sales Project Assistant (internship) in Supply Chain Operations — 6‑month placement starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the After Sales team in project roll‑outs and special operations across global markets.
- Produce project materials including PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes, debriefs, reports and project assessments.
- Coordinate follow‑up with internal stakeholders (Production, Retail Excellence, Operations) at head office and regional levels.
- Design, build and monitor performance indicators; maintain dashboards and communicate results to departmental stakeholders.
- Analyse After Sales production and regional performance and assess service and product quality.
- Monitor customer requests and liaise with other departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Plan and monitor regional spare parts inventory, including safety stock levels and replenishment follow‑up.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master's programme, engineering school, business school or university, with eligibility for a 6‑month internship starting September 2026.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to react quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
- High numeracy and comfort with quantitative analysis.
- Organised, rigorous and detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
- Collaborative team player able to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident with the Office suite.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.

Internship level role; candidate must be currently enrolled in a relevant graduate programme. Prior internships or coursework in supply chain, operations, after‑sales/service, business intelligence or project management are advantageous but not required.
