Saint Laurent Accounts Payable Accountant position in Paris. Manage supplier accounting, invoices, and bank reconciliations using SAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile merchandise invoices within Esker and Purchase To Pay systems, identifying and analysing outstanding items
- Process payment campaigns while ensuring compliance with approved payment terms and due dates
- Conduct supplier account analysis during month-end and period-end closures
- Record inter-company invoices and perform reconciliations during monthly closing procedures
- Execute bank reconciliations in SAP using FEBAN module
- Support additional accounting priorities and initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a comparable accounts payable or supplier accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Operational fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated rigour, commitment, and organisational ability
- Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset
- Adaptability and dynamic approach to evolving priorities

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in accounts payable, supplier accounting, or a closely related accounting role within a commercial or luxury goods environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+2/5 or higher) in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
