YOOX is seeking a Back Office Planner for its Commercial department in Zola Predosa, Italy. The role manages Open to Buy and supplier coordination, supports purchasing and product-processing workflows, and works across Operations, Merchandising, Buying, Finance and Administration. This is a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term contract under the CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio), with a starting gross annual base salary from €27,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Open to Buy, load orders and update the relevant systems.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Work closely with the Merchandising and Buying Team to oversee and analyse purchasing campaigns and the supplier portfolio.
- Partner with Operations Inbound teams to address discrepancies between supplier documents and Navision purchase orders.
- Support the Operations and Digital Production Team in managing product processing flows.
- Work closely with Finance and Administration teams to ensure a smooth flow between transport documents, invoices and payment management.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Prior work experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel is mandatory.
- Good English level (at least B2) and fluency in Italian.
