Watchfinder is hiring a Supervisor in Greenhithe — lead the retail team and deliver premium client service for pre-owned luxury watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small retail team to achieve sales targets, conversion and KPI objectives during shifts.
- Deliver exceptional client service and manage escalated enquiries, ensuring bespoke experiences for high-net-worth and repeat customers.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and tills reconciliation.
- Manage inventory control and secure handling of high-value stock; coordinate stock counts and returns processes with head office.
- Coach and develop sales consultants through on-the-floor mentoring, product training and performance feedback.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom presents a premium, brand-compliant environment.
- Enforce company policies on loss prevention, compliance and health & safety, liaising with security and corporate teams when required.
- Prepare concise shift reports and communicate operational insights to store management and central teams.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing team performance.
- Strong product knowledge or a demonstrable aptitude for quickly learning technical detail about watches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished client-facing manner and high standards of professional presentation.
- Right to work in the UK.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years in a supervisory or senior sales role within a retail environment; experience with luxury products or watches is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education; a retail management qualification or formal training in luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
