Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming consignments; verify items against purchase orders and condition reports.
- Accurately log stock movements into the inventory management system and maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Prepare, pack and despatch high-value watches using approved, insured courier services and secure packaging standards.
- Maintain chain-of-custody documentation, shipment manifests and customs paperwork for domestic and international deliveries.
- Coordinate courier collections, bookings and tracking; escalate and investigate any transit discrepancies or claims.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support scheduled stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
- Enforce security, insurance and handling procedures for high-value goods; ensure secure storage and restricted access to stockrooms.
- Maintain packaging materials, consumables and dispatch documentation; implement continuous improvements to dispatch workflows.
Qualifications
