Watchfinder in Zurich seeks a Sales & Showroom Coordinator to manage showroom operations and client service for luxury watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily showroom operations including appointment scheduling, client arrivals and preparation of presentation areas to luxury standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for walk‑in and appointed clients, delivering personalised clienteling and supporting sales advisors during consultations.
  • Manage inventory movements between showroom, vault and servicing teams; perform regular reconciliations and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Process sales transactions, prepare invoices and handle secure handovers of high‑value timepieces following company policies.
  • Maintain CRM records and client dossiers, logging interactions, follow‑ups and service requirements to optimise retention and conversion.
  • Liaise with servicing/watchmaking teams and logistics partners to coordinate watch repairs, authentication and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare daily and weekly showroom reports (appointments, sales pipeline, stock availability) for the store manager and regional teams.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and collaborate with marketing to implement product displays, events and private viewings.

Qualifications

  • Proven client‑facing experience in luxury retail, boutique showrooms or high‑end hospitality (typically 1–3 years).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail when handling high‑value inventory and confidential client data.
  • Comfort with secure cash and payment procedures, documentation for high‑value transactions, and compliance with internal controls.
