Watchfinder seeks a Sales Advisor for its Mayfair boutique in London to deliver luxury retail experiences and manage pre-owned watch sales across premium brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage all guests entering the boutique, presenting the Watchfinder brand culture and values
- Execute high-end 1:1 sales assistance in an intimate boutique environment, achieving individual and team sales targets
- Manage clienteling activities, maintaining consistent contact with existing clients and nurturing long-term relationships
- Process and manage online enquiries, chase leads, and coordinate appointment scheduling
- Maintain vigilance over security procedures, safeguarding product inventory and ensuring operational excellence throughout all customer interactions
- Provide technical product support across multiple luxury watch brands, developing product knowledge over time
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for KPI achievement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to work in target-driven, KPI-focused sales roles
- Strong clienteling capabilities and experience maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to absorb technical product information
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time-management capabilities
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, premium customer service, or related sales environments is preferred. Passion for the watch industry or luxury goods sector is valued, though prior product knowledge is not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail or business qualifications are advantageous but not required.
