Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in a boutique retail environment, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Advise customers on watch models, specifications and provenance, demonstrating authoritative product and horological knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process high-value transactions and ensure accurate cash and card handling.
- Support intake, authentication and condition assessment processes for pre-owned watches in coordination with specialist teams.
- Maintain visual presentation of the boutique, manage inventory displays and ensure stockroom accuracy.
- Record client interactions in CRM, follow up on leads and coordinate appointments for viewing and after-sales services.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing retail experience, preferably in luxury watches, jewelry or high-value goods.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation and etiquette.
- Attention to detail and reliability when handling high-value merchandise and financial transactions.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-value goods sales is preferred; prior exposure to watches or jewelry retail strongly advantageous. Demonstrable success in client-facing roles and meeting sales targets is expected.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) required; further study in retail, business or a related discipline advantageous. Professional or in-house horology training may be provided.
