Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure productivity targets are achieved and maintained throughout each working day
- Conduct visual inspections of all components to verify compliance with company quality standards
- Operate all polishing machinery effectively and maintain a clean, organized working environment
- Collaborate with supervisors to achieve and maintain acceptable polishing standards and consistency
- Prepare and reassemble watches before and after polishing processes
- Maintain meticulous quality control and attention to detail in accordance with company standards
