Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure productivity targets are achieved and maintained throughout each working day
  • Conduct visual inspections of all components to verify compliance with company quality standards
  • Operate all polishing machinery effectively and maintain a clean, organized working environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors to achieve and maintain acceptable polishing standards and consistency
  • Prepare and reassemble watches before and after polishing processes
