Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record inbound stock, ensuring accurate quantity and condition checks for high-value timepieces.
• Perform order picking, secure packing and despatch activities to meet courier SLAs and customer expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations to detect and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage returns processing and coordinate refurbishment or quality-inspection workflows with service teams.
• Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with domestic and international carriers, following customs and export procedures where required.
• Adhere to strict security procedures for handling, storing and transporting high-value goods, including chain-of-custody documentation.
• Maintain a tidy, safe and compliant stockroom environment; follow safe manual-handling protocols and loss-prevention practices.
• Support ad-hoc warehouse projects such as cycle counts, stock transfers and system data clean-up.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics or stockroom experience (ideally 1+ year) handling valuable or high‑value goods preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrable accuracy in inventory control and record-keeping.
• Clear understanding of packing and despatch procedures, courier liaison and basic shipping documentation.
• Ability to follow strict security protocols and maintain confidentiality when handling luxury items.
• Good numeracy and organisational skills; ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo background checks as required.

Skills

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics or stock control role; prior exposure to handling high-value or luxury inventory is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); vocational qualifications in warehousing, logistics or supply chain are desirable but not essential.
