Watchfinder & Co. seeks Cleaning Technician (FTC) in West Malling, UK. Support workload through skilled component cleaning and watch preparation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clean watch components using specialized cleaning tanks and drying procedures to prepare components for re-assembly
- Perform basic watch bracelet adjustments and resizing to specification prior to dispatch
- Remove and refit watch straps as required
- Execute polishing duties on loose links and other component parts
- Maintain meticulous organization and tidiness of the cleaning room workspace
- Adhere to stringent operating guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with peers and senior team members
- Adapt to evolving role requirements and operational changes as the business develops
