Watches of Switzerland is hiring a full-time, permanent Sales Associate for its Mall of America showroom in Bloomington, Minnesota. The role focuses on personalized client service, product storytelling, relationship-building through the company CRM platform, and showroom operations; schedule flexibility is required for evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize clients’ needs by listening, anticipating requests, and taking personal responsibility for fulfilling them.
- Present products confidently using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build, maintain, and develop client relationships through the company CRM platform.
- Maintain knowledge of the brands, collections, and pieces carried in the showroom, as well as general industry knowledge; stay current as new products are introduced.
- Create a positive impression and deliver memorable service, demonstrating a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry through storytelling and hospitality.
- Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.
- Comply with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Assist team members and build effective working relationships; hand clients over to another team member when needed to best serve their needs.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience in accordance with showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Independently use company systems, hardware, and software required to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience.
- Receive and deliver client repairs when required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- May be required to lift packages or boxes.
- Schedule flexibility and availability to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
