Betteridge seeks an Operations Manager to lead showroom operations, support sales and improve process efficiency while ensuring procedural compliance and a strong client experience. This is a permanent, full-time role in Greenwich, Connecticut, with annual compensation of $95,000–$100,000 plus bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the showroom operations function, serving as the expert on standard operating procedures, systems and tools.
- Ensure smooth showroom operations to support an exceptional client experience.
- Support sales initiatives and work with sales professionals and management to drive the business.
- Improve processes and efficiencies while ensuring compliance with procedures and company standards.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Adapt to day-to-day business needs and accommodate staff schedules, including evening and weekend showroom hours.
- Manage frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
