The Watches of Switzerland Group is hiring a permanent, full-time Virtual Boutique Sales Professional in Sunrise, Florida, to advise website clients through live chat, telephone, and email. The role focuses on ecommerce sales, order support, follow-up, product knowledge, and delivering a consistent, exceptional client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and ecommerce sales goals.
- Facilitate ecommerce order processing as needed.
- Log into workstream queues during scheduled hours.
- Conduct follow-up calls to existing and prospective ecommerce clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and memorable service.
- Represent the brand to the highest standard.
- Convert digital and direct-contact leads into ecommerce sales.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through onsite training and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, and help ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of luxury retail experience.
- A minimum 2-year college degree or relevant field experience.
- Knowledge of ecommerce practices in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual KPIs.
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
