The Watches of Switzerland Group’s Retail Operations Specialist supports projects that improve daily operations and client experience, assists with new showroom openings, and provides guidance to showrooms and boutiques in partnership with corporate teams. This on-site, permanent full-time role reports to the Retail Operations Manager and requires flexible scheduling and business travel when necessary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supports projects that improve daily retail operations and elevate the client experience.
- Assists with new showroom openings.
- Provides operational guidance to showrooms and boutiques in collaboration with corporate departments, primarily Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Asset Protection, and Client Services.
- Supports retail teams and corporate colleagues as a resource.
- Contributes to improving efficiency and standardizing processes across WOS Group USA.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting retail administration and operational processes.
- High school degree required; a college degree is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Business-related travel when necessary.
