The Watches of Switzerland Group is hiring an on-site Retail Operations Manager on a permanent, full-time basis in Sunrise, Florida. Reporting to the Director of Retail Operations, the role supports showroom operations through standards, tools, training, communications, process improvements, and system initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and traveling within the USA as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Retail Operations in continuously improving showroom operations to enhance the client experience and deliver a competitive advantage.
- Help develop and implement operational standards, tools, training, and communications.
- Participate in process and procedure work, as well as system improvement initiatives and implementations.
- Increase efficiency, eliminate waste, and standardize processes across WOS Group USA to delight clients and motivate colleagues.
- Partner with Retail Leadership, Inventory Control, Finance, IT, Asset Protection, and Facilities to provide clear, consistent guidance to WOSG showrooms.
- Travel to locations within the USA to assist with setup, training, and retail support.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the luxury retail industry.
- At least 2 years of operational experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent planning, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create accountability and deliver results to plan.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of management.
- Ability to influence without authority when necessary.
- Ability to travel within the USA.
- SAP experience is preferred.
