Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the performance and growth of the Pre-Owned Watch business across Watches of Switzerland Group.
- Oversee purchasing and pricing of watches acquired through showroom client intake and the B2B network.
- Manage the Buying Team to deliver year-on-year sales and margin growth.
- Support the Head of Pre-Owned in driving strategic initiatives, optimising conversion and profitability, and achieving key commercial KPIs in line with the wider business growth plan.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in the luxury second-hand market.
- Strong background in commercial management.
