Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Pre-Owned Buyer Client Specialist for its Virtual Boutique in London. The permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with five days onsite, assessing pre-owned watches, preparing offers and delivering end-to-end client consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assess watches submitted through the Virtual Boutique Sell Your Watch service and create initial offers.
- Lead client consultations and convert offers through to completed intake.
- Promote part-exchange opportunities where appropriate.
- Support Virtual Boutique colleagues by providing offers, managing the online self-service form and conducting product consultations in line with service demand.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Swiss watches and brands.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with pre-owned Swiss watches.
- Self-motivated, positive and proactive.
- Knowledge of the current pre-owned watch market.
- Target-oriented and able to deliver outstanding results as part of a team.
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems.
