The Watches of Switzerland Group’s Logistics Coordinator supports daily logistics across U.S. business divisions, coordinating shipments, managing carrier relationships, resolving shipping issues, and supporting operational programs and process improvements. This permanent, full-time role is based at the corporate office in Sunrise and requires flexibility for occasional activities outside standard business hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments across U.S. business divisions.
- Maintain carrier relationships.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Resolve shipping issues.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional programs and operational initiatives, including the insurance claim replacement program.
- Help ensure the secure, efficient, and timely movement of client purchases.
- Deliver a high standard of internal and customer service.
- Flexibly support business needs, including occasional meetings or activities outside standard business hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work retail operational hours; some remote work may be required.
- Luxury retail experience and knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands preferred.
- Experience with logistics and fraud prevention preferred.
