Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an Assistant Buyer to support its Buyer in driving commercial performance and shaping compelling jewellery ranges in a luxury retail environment. The role contributes to trade analysis, negotiation, range planning, product development and cross-functional collaboration, and includes preparing and presenting product proposals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Buyer in driving commercial performance, shaping product ranges and introducing new products to the jewellery department.
- Contribute to trade analysis, negotiation, range planning, product development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Help shape and plan retail ranges.
- Prepare and present range and product proposals.

Qualifications
- Proven success at Buyers Admin or Assistant Buyer level, with the ambition to take the next step in a buying career.
- A strong eye for product, trends and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organised and solutions-focused.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work within budgets while identifying opportunities for profitable growth.
- Experience helping to shape and plan retail ranges.
- Confidence preparing and presenting range and product proposals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
