Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join its Reconciliation and Resolution Team in Leicester, reconciling sales and receipts for UK and USA showrooms. The role involves liaising with stores and third-party organisations to prevent aged items and preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all tender types.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile sales and receipts for the UK and USA showrooms.
- Work closely with stores and third-party organisations to prevent aged items from occurring.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all tender types.
Qualifications
- Previous reconciliation experience.
- Query resolution knowledge.
- Knowledge of credit and debit card rules and regulations.
- IT literacy, including Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisation and planning ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
