Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Team Leader for maternity cover in Leicester. The role supports the Accounts Payable Manager by supervising daily tasks, monitoring KPIs, managing stakeholder relationships, reviewing processes, reporting monthly and guiding the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Payable Manager through day-to-day supervision of Accounts Payable tasks, ensuring key Group deadlines are met.
- Drive and deliver team performance through KPI monitoring and setting service-level agreements.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review current processes and recommend improvements to existing practices.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Provide support and guidance to the team as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor or Team Leader role, or equivalent.
