Watches of Switzerland seeks a Deputy Boutique Director to support leadership of its Rolex flagship boutique on Old Bond Street, London, driving client experience, commercial performance and operational excellence. The role leads and develops the team alongside the Boutique Director; the employment type is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in delivering a client-centric strategy and exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
- Lead and inspire the team through visible, hands-on leadership, ensuring consistently high service and hospitality standards.
- Serve as a senior escalation point and assume leadership responsibility when the Boutique Director is absent.
- Coach, support and develop colleagues to maximise individual and team performance.
- Build lasting client relationships and create memorable experiences that foster loyalty and advocacy.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
- Support commercial objectives through performance management, client development and business planning.
- Enhance hospitality standards to create distinctive client interactions that reflect the Rolex brand.
- Ensure operational excellence across front and back of house in line with established procedures and standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, working practices and the sharing of best practice.
- Ensure compliance with Watches of Switzerland Group and Rolex policies, processes and operating standards.
- Partner with the management team to attract, retain and develop talent.
- Support succession planning and implement development plans to build future capability within the boutique.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, recognition and development opportunities to drive engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with Rolex and internal stakeholders on boutique initiatives, events and brand objectives.
