Watches of Switzerland is seeking a Client Experience Supervisor for its Rolex Boutique on Old Bond Street in London. The supervisor supports Hosts, maintains stocked and well-presented stations, and works with the Client Experience Manager and Sales Consultants to deliver an exceptional Rolex client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model and team player, supporting Hosts in delivering the world-class experience Rolex clients expect.
- Ensure all stations are well stocked and maintained.
- Assist the Client Experience Manager and liaise with Sales Consultants to deliver an exceptional client experience.
