Watches of Switzerland seeks a Client Experience Host for its Greene Street showroom in New York. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience to all clients through professional conduct and exceptional communication.
- Create unique and engaging client experiences through creative research and exceptional hospitality.
- Keep all client experience stations well stocked and maintained.
- Assist Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain a polished presentation and a positive, can-do attitude with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Jewelry or watch product knowledge preferred.
- Hospitality experience strongly preferred.
